PRIVACY policy

How we collect, use, and protect your information. Last updated July 5, 2026.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how LoudWerk ("LoudWerk", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the loudwerk.com website (the "Site") and the ad creative production services we offer (the "Services").

By using the Site, submitting a form, or booking a call with us, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you fill out our project intake form or homepage contact form, we collect details such as your name, brand or company name, email address, phone number (if given), website or social links, information about your product and audience, your current creative setup, goals, expected ad volume, monthly budget, and timeline. You choose what to share. Most fields beyond basic contact details are optional.

Scheduling information. When you book a strategy call through our booking page, your name, email address, selected time, and any notes you enter are collected and processed by our scheduling provider, Calendly, LLC, acting as an independent controller of that data under its own privacy policy.

Information from embedded content. Our "Our Work" carousel and testimonials sections embed videos hosted on YouTube. Loading or playing an embedded video may cause YouTube/Google to set cookies or collect technical data (such as your IP address and device information) under Google's own privacy policy, independent of LoudWerk.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs limited technical data for security and reliability purposes, such as IP address, browser and device type, general location (derived from IP), pages visited, and referring URLs. We do not currently run any first-party analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on the Site.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: respond to your enquiry and answer questions; prepare a tailored creative plan, scope, and quote; schedule and conduct strategy calls; onboard and deliver Services if you become a client; communicate with you about an active or prospective engagement; and maintain, secure, and improve the Site.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

4. Cookies & Similar Technologies

LoudWerk does not currently deploy first-party analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on the Site. Any cookies present are typically set by embedded third-party content (namely the YouTube video player and the Calendly scheduling widget) and are governed by those providers' own cookie practices, not ours.

Your browser lets you block or delete cookies at any time. Doing so may affect the functionality of embedded videos or the booking widget, but will not affect your ability to reach us by email or through the contact form.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on a small number of third-party providers to operate the Site and deliver Services, including Calendly (call scheduling), YouTube/Google (video hosting for portfolio content), and our website hosting/infrastructure provider. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and terms, which we encourage you to review.

We do not share the project details you submit through our forms with these providers beyond what is inherently necessary to operate the feature in question (for example, Calendly only ever receives the information you enter directly into its own booking widget).

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information: with service providers who help us operate the Site or deliver Services (such as email or calendar tools) under confidentiality obligations; if required to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or valid governmental request; to protect the rights, property, or safety of LoudWerk, our clients, or others; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will take reasonable steps to ensure the receiving party honors this policy.

7. Data Retention

We retain enquiry and project information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, prepare and follow up on a quote, and (if you become a client) for the duration of our engagement plus a reasonable period afterward for accounting, legal, and record-keeping purposes.

If you contact us but do not proceed with an engagement, we will retain your enquiry details for a limited period in case you follow up, after which we delete or anonymize them unless you ask us to do so sooner.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the information you share with us from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your information, object to or request that we restrict certain processing, request a portable copy of your information, and withdraw any consent you previously gave.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 12 below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and may need to verify your identity before actioning a request.

10. International Users

LoudWerk works with clients globally. If you contact us from outside the country where our systems or service providers are located, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a different country. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be processed outside your home jurisdiction.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision, and material changes will be reflected here as soon as they are published.

12. Contact Us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or want to exercise any of the rights described above, reach out via the contact form on our homepage or email us at hello@loudwerk.com.
